I support the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation!

Our son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes 9 years ago. Our lives were forever changed that day. In wanting to support our son in the best way possible we became increasingly involved with the JDRF. ( Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.) Our son is an ambassador for them, as am I and I sit on both the family and corporate boards for the JDRF. It's an honour and privilege to fundraise for them and continually meet new parents and children living with Type 1.

Our son attends Carson Graham Secondary School, and therefore upon any referral in the Lower, Central, or Upper Lonsdale area that turns into a listing or sale, I will donate 5% of my earnings to the PAC committee there.

As a parent and someone who lives in the Central Lonsdale area, I like to support our community. This is no more evident than the video series I produced called my 30 Favourite Places In North Vancouver.
