The West End is very special to me as I lived here, in various places, for almost 20 years. West of Denman is my favourite area because you’re just blocks away from the beach at English Bay and Stanley Park.

Our son, William lived here for the first 2 years of his life and we used to call English Bay and Stanley park our back yard and his playground. I have so many incredible memories of those times. Him at 18 months running bare-chested through the trails in Stanley Park. Digging in the sand and playing in the ocean at 3rd Beach, 2nd Beach, and English Bay.

Many families are opting for the convenience of living downtown. They’re finding that the trade-off in square footage is worth the convenience and access to all these incredible amenities.
