Buckle up because I'm about to take you on the wildest real estate roller-coaster I've ever ridden!

Picture this: A charming townhouse in Surrey hits the market. Within just one week, we snagged not one but two offers! 🎉

But hold on tight, because here comes the twist. 🌀 7 days later, the buyer's agent calls, dropping the bombshell that the buyer can't swing it due to a sudden layoff. 😱

Yeah, I know, talk about a plot twist. But I won’t back down! I rallied the troops, sending out a signal to all the agents who've checked out this gem, letting them know it's still up for grabs.

And voilà! Just 7 hours later, a subject-free offer rolls in, slightly under the previous one, but hey, no strings attached! 🙌

Now, remember, even subject-free offers have a three-day rescission period. And guess what? The buyer decides to rescind their offer 2 hours before the deadline! 🕒

I’m talking at 10 pm at night I get this email and text message.

At this point, it’s starting to feel more like a real estate nightmare than a real estate roller-coaster ride for me and my sellers. But I'm not giving up! I rally the troops again, and this time, we're not taking any prisoners.

Two days later, I’ve got 5 showings lined up. And before the first one even starts, an email pops in with another offer. 💥

I spill the beans to all the potential buyers, and by the end of the showings, we've got a bidding war on our hands! 🏰

Cut to the chase: My clients accept an offer that's a whopping $26K over the asking price! 💰

But the drama isn't over yet. It takes 5 nail-biting days, but at 7 pm in the evening, the subjects are finally removed, and my clients' home is SOLD! 🥂

Believe me, folks, this was a real estate roller-coaster like no other. 🎢 My clients couldn't be happier, and neither could I! 😃
